Ground breaking addition for Rolled Alloys Fairfield in Ohio being built by M Lichtenberg & Sons.
Expansion of an existing 65,500sf building M. Lichtenberg & Sons designed and built in 2007. Includes a 40,000sf warehouse addition & 5,000sf office addition.
An 80’ bridge crane extension built into the new addition, with a 350’ long retaining wall 18’ tall to hold back the existing hillside allowing room for the warehouse expansion.
