Includes an 80’ bridge crane extension into the new addition.

Includes a 350’ long retaining wall 18’ tall to hold back the existing hillside allowing room for the warehouse expansion.

Construction will be complete by 12-31-19.

Metal Over Metal Roof Commercial Construction Project

This was a 250,000sf high profile cover rib project. Where we were able to install a new 25 year metal roof over top of the existing while adding additional an additional R-30 insulation

The existing metal roof had a spray applied coating that was failing as they always do and causing the roof to rust under the failing coating.

Ground breaking for Standex Electronics

Ground breaking for Standex Electronics. Thunderbird Lane Fairfield Ohio on the 2nd to last lot Michael Lichtenberg & Sons purchased for development.

Standex Electronics will be vacating their old outdated facility in Oakley which they have outgrown upon completion in early 2019.

This 60,000 square foot facility has been designed and engineered by the MLS team.  MLS standard design process included creating a fully animated 3D model of the facility for the client to use in assisting with the plan review.

The project consists of insulated architectural load bearing precast concrete wall panels fabricated by Fabcon which will support a Varco –Pruden roof structure and a superior VP Standing seam roof with an R-34 insulation system.

The entire building including production areas will be climate controlled for employee comfort.  LED lighting will be used through to enhance the assembly process of aero-space electrical components. The project includes an overhead crane to assist with Standex’s injection molding process.
