Includes a 40,000sf warehouse addition & 5,000sf office addition.

Includes an 80’ bridge crane extension into the new addition.

Includes a 350’ long retaining wall 18’ tall to hold back the existing hillside allowing room for the warehouse expansion.

Construction will be complete by 12-31-19.
